Featured as one of Elle's Spring 2013 designers to watch, Valentine Gauthier launched her own label in 2009 after working at Rochas and Martin Margiela. Since being picked up by Anthroplogie and Satine, Valentine Gauthier is expanding her presence from her native France to the US and beyond. She produces her designs locally in Paris and sources her fabric sustainably. Alpaca and pima cotton are sourced in South America, and her organic cotton and naturally treated leather originate from India and Europe.
